Please note that additional terms and conditions apply when you open an account with us and buy products from us. Those will be presented to you during the account opening and ordering processes as applicable. We advise all our customers to carefully read our Terms and Conditions before placing an order, to avoid any inconvenience for either party. The website shows details of the products that we offer and some of the designs in our product ranges including brochure information, specification and technical information and product images.   All intellectual property rights in those products and related information, including in the designs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, diagrams and the trademarks and logos which appear on them belong to us and you must not under any circumstances, copy the same of allow any other person to do so.

You must not yourself or allow anyone else to publish, copy, distribute or modify this website or any content whatsoever.  Proprietary works are protected by laws and all such rights are reserved.

Spliced Studios takes precautions including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates and agents and our and their respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.


UK orders

Our delivery partners: We use various third party delivery partners to deliver our Products to you. We will notify you of whom this delivery partner is after you place your Order with us.

A flat rate delivery charge will be applied unless stated otherwise. However, delivery charges may apply depending on the Products ordered, the delivery address specified in the Order and whether or not you have chosen to use a premium delivery partner (e.g. next day or special delivery service). You will be made aware of such applicable delivery charges at the time of you placing your Order with us.

Estimated delivery date: The standard delivery time for Products in stock is 2-7 working days. The standard delivery time for built to order products is 2-7 working days from the point ready for delivery. See products for expected lead times.

Delivery times are estimated. We will always try to deliver within the stated time range however we cannot guarantee delivery in the stated range to to potential problems outside of our power. Therefor, delivery times are estimated. 

Changes to estimated delivery date: We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 30 days, we will: 

a) let you know;  b) cancel your order;  and c)  give you a refund.

Information we may require from you: We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the Products to you, for example, your name and address. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for delays in supplying the Products which are caused by you not providing us with the information we need.

When delivery has taken place. You are responsible for the Products when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the Products passes to you when you take possession of the Products.

Large & Made-to-Order Items: 

The following items are not eligible for next day delivery and some items require specialist delivery services which may be at an additional cost: larger items such as furniture pieces, or Made-to-Order items, like upholstered chairs will require special delivery arrangements and may incur much longer lead times of up to 8 weeks. Once you have placed your order, our customer services team will contact you to help or arrange delivery when ready.

International Orders

For customers purchasing from outside mainland UK, the shipping costs shown on the website and Order Confirmation are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but due to variance in size and weight of our goods, shipping can incur additional charges.

If there is a difference in the shipping costs, we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone to advise you of the costs and discuss the options.

For customers purchasing goods to be shipped outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the order at checkout once you have filled in the billing information. Upon delivery to these countries, you may be liable for import duty and local taxes on your order, which will need to be paid to the carrier or local tax office before they will release the goods.

We advise that all International customers contact their local tax office if they require more information about this: we regret that Spliced Studios Ltd is unable to offer guidance on such duties or taxes.



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason the items you have ordered do not meet your expectations, we will be happy for you to exchange these for another item of the same value or refund you in full. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

Cancellation of your Order for any reason (Returns) Cancelling Orders made via the Website and/or phone. As a consumer, when you buy via our Website or by phone you are entitled to return your Products to us for any reason any time within 28 days of delivery (or collection from our premises, as the case may be) of the Products to you or your representative, provided you are able to provide evidence of purchase of the Product from us (usually by providing us with a copy of your receipt).

In order to benefit from this right of cancellation, you must within 14 days of you receiving the Products, make a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an email to hello@joyride.design

Returning Made-to-order, customised, or bespoke Products

Generally, made to order, customised or bespoke products (Made-to-Order Products) cannot be returned to us unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described or do not match any sample that you have seen or examined prior to purchasing such Products from us.

Any Made-to-Order Products are subject to additional terms and conditions available upon request.

For the avoidance of doubt, all upholstery items are considered to be Made-to-Order Products unless such Products are specified as being “in stock and available for immediate delivery” on our Website or in-Store.

Returning Products ordered via our Website or phone.

To authorise a return

  • Complete our enquiry form, found on our Contact Us page.
  • Include your order number & telephone number.
  • In the message box, include the reason code for your return:



1. Product not as described or picture

2. Bought the wrong size/type

3. Incorrect item received    

4. Arrived too late

5. Product damaged or faulty

6. Parcel damaged on arrival

7. Change of mind


Please note, as mentioned above, that if the received product is made to order, customised or bespoke products (Made-to-Order Products) then they cannot be returned to us unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described or do not match any sample that you have seen or examined prior to purchasing such Products from us.

Any Made-to-Order Products are subject to additional terms and conditions available upon request.

If the Products are too large to be sent through the post please contact us via email at hello@joyride.design or phone +44 207 998 1497 and we can arrange for collection of the Products which will be chargeable to you if the Products are not faulty or damage.

Please note, all Products should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all seals, tags and labels intact.

Cost of returns.

(a)   Faulty and Non- Faulty Products –  you must bear the cost of returning Products to us which are faulty or otherwise do not comply with clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions. You must bear the cost of returning non-faulty Products to us if you have simply changed your mind and are cancelling your Order under clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions.


If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund to you all payments received from you for the Products that you have chosen to return to us within 14 days of our receipt of the Products from you (or within 14 days of you providing evidence of having returned the Products to us (whichever is sooner)).

We may deduct any applicable amount from the refund if such Products are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

You might be charged a restocking fee if we agree to return your Product after the expired return period or if they are found to be damaged on receipt of return into our warehouse.

Most products displayed on the Joyride.design website are available while supplies last, and Joyride.design cannot guarantee that any product displayed on the website is available at the time it is displayed.

All descriptions of the Products on our site are correct at the time of publication on our site. We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specification of Products without prior notice in relation to future sales.The measurements of the Products are as accurate as possible, but are nevertheless approximate.

The prices on the products displayed on Joyride.design reserve the right the change at any point.


Our website includes sections where we may feature user-generated content (“UGC”) such as photos and comments. We may also feature these on our emails and in our social media posts. In relation to such UGC, Spliced Studios Ltd is a mere hosting provider and does not assume any responsibility or liability on the content itself. By submitting any UGC to Spliced Studios Ltd, you warrant you are entitled to do so and to have obtained, where necessary, all due consents by the relevant third-parties (for example intellectual property right-holders or personal data subjects). Such content shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. In relation to the UGC provided by you, you grant Spliced Studios Ltd an unlimited, exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable, free of charge license to use such UGC in any way and for any purposes, including but not limited to save, store, copy, reproduce, publish, post, transmit, distribute, display, modify, translate, incorporate in other materials and in any way commercially exploit it. Spliced Studios Ltd therefore invites you not to send us any content, item or information that you do not want to become subject to the above terms.
