> How much does a Chool weigh?
30KG.
> What is the seat height of the chool?
590MM.
> Does it have wheels?
Yes. It has four hidden castors for easy mobility.
> Can I move around on carpet?
Yes, but the chool is ideally suited to hard floors. carpet cups can be attached for better mobility. these can be Fitted on request. Please contact US AT hello@joyride.flywheelstaging.com for further information.
> How to look after the base?
the base is made from hi-mac. hi-mac is an acrylic, minerals and natural pigments composite combined to create a smooth, non-porous, thermoformable and visually seamless surface. marks can be removed with regular surface cleaner.
> Can you sit on it backwards?
Yes we do this quite often ourselves. When doing this your legs will lift up the more you lean back. be careful not to fall off the back.
> How much weight does it take to activate the seat?
The chairs are designed for adults weighing between 40kg-120kg. They will also work for lighter people but may move slower.
> Can the backrest speed be adjusted?
YES. There is a bolt that can be turned by hand underneath the base. To slow the backrest turn the bolt anticlockwise. to speed up the backrest turn the bolt clockwise. The boLt only needs to be turned a fraction at time.

> How much does each table weigh?
4 person = 80kg, 6 person = kg, 8 person = kg.
> What are the sizes of each of the tables?
4 PERSON = 1100MM X 1100MM, 6 PERSON = 1100MM X 1850MM, 8 PERSON = 1100MM X 2400MM.
> What is the maximum and minimum heights of the tables?
the height adjustable table goes down to 720mm and up to 1210mm.
> what are the heights of the static tables?
the low static table is at 750mm and the high fixed table is at 1150mm.
> Will the table mark my floor?
No. Each table is fitted with 4 felt pads at the bottom of each leg. These make the table easier to move around and prevent floors from being marked.
> How do i look after the surface and the base of the table?
both the base and table surface are made from hi-mac, the same as the chool base. hi-mac is an acrylic, minerals and natural pigments composite combined to create a smooth, non-porous, thermoformable and visually seamless surface. marks can be removed with regular surface cleaner.
> are the legs brought in from a supplier?
Yes, the legs are supplied by linak, founded in 1907 Linak are a market leader in electric linear actuator technology worldwide.
PURCHASING
> When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged in full at the time the order is placed.
> Will tax be charged to my order?
Taxes are calculated based on the laws and regulations of the order’s shipping address. Each city/state has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise as well as freight and handling.
> how do i know my payment is secure?
We use stripe to secure your payment. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

> How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim have your product built up and sent to you within 6 weeks of your order being placed. If you are ordering from stock parts that we have in, delivery is likely to be quicker. If you having a pressing deadline and would like to receive the product within a specific timeframe please email us at hello@joyride.flywheelstaging.com with the word “delivery” as the subject.
> What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on custom-made or custom-finished items. If there is a defect or a problem with your product, please email us within 30 days of the shipping date at hello@joyride.flywheelstaging.com with your order number as the subject.
> How long does your warrAnty last?
we have a 10 year warranty across all of our products. If you ever have an issue with one of our products within this time frame, Please email us at hello@joyride.flywheelstaging.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
> How can I check my order status?
you will be provided with a tracking link via email when your order is shipped.
> Is your website secure?
Yes, we use SSL/TLS End-to-end encryption with Cloudflare using a self signed certificate on the server.
> How do you charge overseas delivery?
We have flat, cost effective shipping rates set up for different territories.
> What if I need to change or cancel an order?
you have a 24 hours period after you recieve your order confirmation email to cancel your order. to do this email us at hello@joyride.flywheelstaging.com with the word “cancel” followed by your order number As the subject. to change an order we recommend you cancel and order again.
